Visiting Manila
1:36 AMSince I'm already here, I thought, why not blog about our visit at National Museum of Natural History?
So here I am!
Last June 16, it was a rainy and windy day. I woke up around 8 am and an idea just popped... why not have a spa, museum, or bowling date with my partner? It was just a few days before his birthday so I planned three kinds of dates (yes, at 8 am...). I was so anxious to present my ideas. He woke up around 10 am and he chose that museum date!
It was lowkey spontaneous. Here's how it went.
We met around 2pm and took a grab to the museum. We arrived at around 3:30pm, if I remember it right. The line was long (but I guess that's a good thing that people are now into museums, sad because they just take their OOTDs lol) but luckily, the entrance we got in has a relatively shorter line than the main entrance!
We started looking around and explored the museum once we got in. The infamous Tree of Life will greet once you got in the museum.
We ended up taking tons of photos of the artifacts and displays.. and I took photos of him..because.. normal self.
Different sections showcase various topics such as different ecosystems and botanical illustrations and painting.
Okay, we have a few photos. Although, we really tried not to take tons because.... the colors of our clothes... para kaming pasko.

We had to leave around 5pm as the museum was already closing. That's when we took photos of the building.

After the museum date, we walked around Luneta Park (I knoOOOoow... right... sshhh) then had dinner in Manila.
Such a great day. I love spontaneous dates.. in a foreign place... Rare times we have this much time to ourselves.. and that we have enough energy to explore a new destination. :)
Say hi to the diver!
Until my next post :)
